We aim to despatch your order within 48hrs of payment clearing- but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

If any item is out of stock you will be notified immediately of the delay and asked if you wish to continue with the order. Should this be unsatisfactory you will be offered a full refund.

Using these postal services all deliveries should be received within 3-5 working days.

We want you to be delighted with your orders. Occasionally, though, you may want to return items to us, which you can do by following the guidelines below.

We offer a 28-day guarantee on all purchases which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original packaging, unopened and unused, within 28 days, and we will either offer a full refund to the value of the items returned or an exchange. We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible after receiving returned items.

Faulty Items.
If a product is found to be faulty on delivery or has been damaged in transit, please let us know and we will offer a full refund or replacement at our cost.
Unless the goods are faulty or were sent in error, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend that you use recorded-delivery for returning all items and obtain insurance for your protection as proof of posting is not proof of receipt

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
